When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. As you use Mathagram, we collect usage data including lessons completed, quiz scores, XP earned, and progress through courses.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Mathagram service, track your learning progress across courses and lessons, personalize your experience with characters and levels, and improve our educational content based on aggregate usage patterns.
Mathagram uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, both provided by Google, to manage user accounts and store data. Your information is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.
We take data security seriously. All connections to Mathagram are encrypted via HTTPS. User data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to authorized users only. Passwords are never stored in plaintext; authentication is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us via email and we will process your request within 30 days.
Mathagram is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
